When it comes to starting your day on the right foot, a protein-packed yogurt bowl is an excellent choice, whether you're a fitness enthusiast, health-conscious individual, or simply looking for a wholesome breakfast or dinner option. 

Protein Yoghurt Bowl

I usually use natural or Greek yoghurt, usually 150-200g but aim for a serving size that fits your dietary needs and appetite. Then I mix in a small scoop of whey chocolate protein powder making sure it's all perfectly blended together. My favourite protein brand is Optimum Nutrition, their double rich chocolate whey protein has a fantastic flavour and dissolves easily. 

Time to add some toppings: kiwi, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, banana are all great choices as they go well with the chocolate flavor. 

If you prefer to have some crunch to those bites, I recommend to sprinkle some crushed nuts on top. 

A bowl of protein yoghurt is not just perfect for breakfast or dinner, but can also be your dessert when you are craving after something sweet and delicious.
