Here is the spooky season, lots of human's favourite so I couldn't miss bringing a Halloween themed oatmeal. It's made with our pistachio and chocolate almond butter and a chocolate muffin that looks fantastic on the plate with the spider net nut butter dollops.
Ingredients for your spooky oatmeal:
- 60g rolled oats
- 120ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- A pinch of salt
- Filthy Fit almond butter with pistachio and chocolate
- Blueberries & strawberries
- 1 spooky muffin from Tesco
Method:
-
In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats and milk of your choice. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
-
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
-
Cook the oatmeal for about 5-7 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can add more liquid as needed.
-
Once your oatmeal is cooked to perfection, remove it from the heat and transfer it to your favorite breakfast bowl.
-
Now comes the most exciting part: the nut butter. Generously dollop the nut butter onto your warm oatmeal.
-
Drop some blueberries and strawberries on top and place the muffin on the side or in the middle of the bowl.
