Bruschetta is a classic Italian appetizer that consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with a mixture of fresh tomatoes, basil, and olive oil. It's easy to make, bursting with flavor, and sure to impress your guests.

Italian Bruchetta

To make bruschetta, start by slicing a loaf of crusty sourdough bread into thick slices. Brush the slices with olive oil and grill them until they are lightly toasted, or use a regular toaster.
