Made with a mixture of granola, nuts and seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt, these granola cups are easy to make and packed with flavor and nutrition. And with a creamy filling of cinnamon-infused peanut butter and a decadent topping of melted chocolate, they're the perfect treat for any time of day.


Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on-the-go. They're packed with protein and fiber from the nuts, seeds, and peanut butter, which will keep you feeling full and satisfied for hours. The maple syrup and the cinnamon add an extra sweetness and warm depth to the flavour combination. 

Cinnamon granola cups

Ingredients (makes 10):

170g granola

70g sunflower seeds

50g maple syrup

70g Filthy Fit peanut butter with cinnamon and vanilla + 70g to fill the granola cups

90g dark chocolate chips and a tablespoon of coconut oil 


To make these granola cups, start by mixing together the granola, nuts and seeds, maple syrup, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into a muffin tin, creating a well in the center of each cup. Leave in the freezer until firm. 

After 30 minutes, fill each cup with a generous scoop of Filthy Fit cinnamon peanut butter, which has been mixed until smooth and creamy. Then, top with a drizzle of melted chocolate, which adds an extra layer of richness and decadence to this already delicious snack. Put them back to the freezer for an hour before serving.
