The quickest and healthiest way of making a delicious dessert is to pick your favourite nut butter, mix it with natural syrup and bake for a few minutes.
I tried this time our new pumpkin spiced seed butter for Halloween. I also added a little bit of extra pumpkin spice mix for a flavour boost.
You can do this with almost any nut and seed butters, you just need to adjust the amount of the maple syrup depending on the texture of the nut butter - less if runny and more if thicker.
120 g Halloweed pumpkin spiced seed butter
30 ml maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix together the seed butter and the maple syrup until well combined.
Scoop the batter on a baking tray lined with baking paper with a spoon.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
