Are you looking for a tasty and healthy snack that doesn't require any baking?

Made with just three simple ingredients - creamy peanut butter, honey, and rolled oats - no sugar or preservatives needed here.

Peanut butter oat bars

To make these bars, simply mix together the peanut butter and honey in a pot under low heat until melted together and smooth. Then, stir in the rolled oats until everything is well combined. I added a few chocolate chips as well for the extra indulgence.

Press the mixture firmly into a baking dish, and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm. Once chilled, slice into bars and enjoy! These bars are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on-the-go. They're packed with protein and fiber from the peanut butter and oats, which will keep you feeling full and satisfied for hours.

Feel free to mix in your favorite add-ins, such as chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit, to add even more flavor and texture.
