Jazz up your mornings with this super tasty and healthy morning baked oats if you want to feel energized after breakfast.

We've got rolled oats as the base, which are loaded with fiber, protein, and all the good stuff your body craves. As a topping I always choose fresh fruits and my favorite, our cashew butter with coconut and cocoa! This spread is free from nasty additives you don't want. Plus, it's vegan-friendly, so it's the perfect choice for all your friends with different dietary needs. All you gotta do is spoon that creamy goodness onto your baked oats and fruit, and you've got a breakfast that's gonna make you feel like a superstar. 

Ingredients:

40 g rolled oats

Half banana

1 tablespoon cocoa

0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

100 ml coconut milk

2 tablespoon Filthy Fit cashew butter with coconut and cocoa

Fruits for topping

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender except for the cashew butter and the fruit toppings and blitz until well combined. 

Pour the mixture in a bowl and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.

Spoon the cashew butter on top and add some fresh or frozen fruits.
