Are you a fan of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? If so, you're going to love this Peanut Butter Jelly Blondie recipe! These bars are packed with the classic flavors of PB&J, but in a decadent and chewy blondie form.

Peanut Butter Jelly Blondie

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
  • 3 teaspoon strawberry jam

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and lightly spray a 5x5-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown  and white sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Then, dollop the PB and the jam on top of the batter in spoonfuls. Use a knife to swirl the PB and the jelly into the batter, creating a marbled effect.

Bake the blondies for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.

These Peanut Butter Jelly Blondies are the perfect treat for peanut butter and jelly lovers. They're chewy, gooey, and bursting with flavor. Enjoy them as a snack, dessert, or even as a breakfast treat. Plus, they're easy to make and can be whipped up in just a few minutes.
