Fancy something not so heavy on your cheat day? A tortilla based homemade pizza is a perfect choice as it doesn't contain as much carbs but still fulfil your need to get "junk" food. It takes only 10 minutes to bake, and you can choose your favourite toppings. There are so many options, so can't get bored with them. Try a meaty-spicy one or go for the fancier smoked salmon-avocado version that I made a recipe for. Feel free to swap the ingredients, for example use cherry tomatoes instead of black olives, or spinach instead of rocket.
Ingredients for 1 pizza:
2 tortilla wraps
Cheddar cheese to stick the 2 wraps together
Cream cheese for the base
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle a good handful between the two tortillas.
Put in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove from oven, spread the cream cheese on. Add the salmon, the avocado, the olives and the olives, squeeze a bit of lemon juice on the top and put back in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the rocket, slice, and enjoy!
