The Filthy Fit Spinachia seed butter is a perfect healthy add-on to our dinner with its unique flavour, made of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and spinach. Spread some Spinachia on a salmon fillet, add some garlic if you like and wrap it up with puff pastry. Give it a good egg wash and let your oven do the rest. Healthy dinner box ticked with 5 minutes preparation time.
Make some fresh salad or sweet potatoes to compliment this lovely salmon dish.
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillet
1 packet puff pastry (375g)
1 clove garlic
1 egg
2 tablespoons Spinachia seed butter
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut in half.
Place the salmon fillets in the middle of the pastries. Mix the minced garlic into the Spinachia seed butter and spread 1 tablespoon on each fish fillet.
Close the puff pastry and cut a few lines on the top of them across with a sharp knife. Give them a good egg wash and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with fresh salad.
