Tiramisu overnight oats

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup of rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of agave
  • 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of plain Greek yogurt
  • Cocoa powder to sprinkle on the top
  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter with brazil nut and coffee 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except cocoa, yogurt and cashew butter in a lidded container or glass. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Smooth the yogurt on top, dust with cocoa powder, and add a generous spoon of cashew butter with brazil nut and coffee on the top.
