Filthy Fit peanut butter is very tasty. I have at least one to two teaspoons per day 5 days a week. I eat one meal a day, breakfast, eating peanut butter as a side condiment for my bacon, beef, or chicken. Sounds strange but peanut butter really brings out the flavor of my meat meals and is a treat.
When I was a kid in the midwest US 1970's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were considered a snack then, and I had it every day. Back then I had radiant skin and strong shiny hair. So have gone back to eating it to get my daily vitamin E and fiber as peanuts are legumes.
